EU Right Of Withdrawal

If you’re shopping with us in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How It Works:

• Order not shipped yet: Submitting a request will cancel your order immediately for a full refund.
• Order already dispatched: Submitting a withdrawal request will not stop the delivery. Once it arrives, you can arrange the return.
• Return shipping costs: If you return using a pre-paid label provided by us, the shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund. If you arrange your own return shipping, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs and risks.
